What adult education options are there in Cincinnati?

Check out some of these options for Cincinnati schools if you are considering enrolling in an adult education program.

Cincinnati State: Cincinnati State is a technical and community college that offers degree and non-degree programs in business technology, engineering technology, health and public safety, humanities and science and information technology. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.


Miami University Hamilton: Miami University Hamilton is a community college offering Associate degrees, Certificate programs, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and continuing education courses. Most students at Miami University Hamilton move on to further their education at the Oxford campus.


Northern Kentucky University: NKU offers Associate's degrees, Bachelor's degrees and Master's degrees in various areas of study. They also have a law school and offer a joint JD/MBA program, and are located seven miles southeast of Cincinnati.


University of Cincinnati: The University of Cincinnati offers all levels of degrees in many different areas of study; it is one of the largest universities in Ohio. It has a well-respected medical school, law school and engineering program.


Specialized Schools:


Good Samaritan College of Nursing: Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science in Cincinnati is a 2-year university the exclusively offers Associate's degrees in nursing and health sciences. It is a very small, private, not-for-profit school.


Art Academy of Cincinnati: The Art Academy of Cincinnati is a small college of art and design with only about 200 students enrolled in its four undergraduate degree programs. Additionally, the academy offers community education to thousands of children and adults each year through it's many art classes and other enrichment programs.


Online Learning Programs: Throughout Cincinnati, you can enroll in many online classes at a variety of national institutions. These online courses include work in electronics, computer programming aviation, culinary arts and much more.
